Our Charitable Trust

We believe in the power of communities to drive meaningful, lasting change.

While our work with corporates and public sector agencies is essential, we know that true change and meaningful impact happens when we engage directly with our communities. That’s why we established a charitable trust dedicated to building the resilience and wealth of Aoteaora's people.

Introducing: Takapaukura Foundation–Takapaukura’s Charitable Trust.

Through our trust, we provide the support and resources needed to enable long-term growth, development and abundance for the diverse communities across Aotearoa-New Zealand.

We develop, facilitate, and support initiatives that provide communities with the tools and resources that they need to create lasting legacies by building their own wealth in order to experience abundance and thrive. Whether that’s through Māori-led solutions, skill-building opportunities, or strategic partnerships that help amplify impact.

Everyone deserves to THRIVE.

We are particularly passionate about:

  • Group discussion in a decorated room with wooden carvings on the walls, featuring six people seated in chairs, some holding notebooks and laptops. A large carved figure stands in the background.

    Collective growth and development

  • A group of women sitting and talking indoors with decorative wooden carvings and patterned walls in the background.

    Collective wealth-building

  • People standing in two lines facing each other, extending hands for a greeting.

    Inclusive and equitable programmes

  • Decorative cake with 'Congrats' topper, red roses, Maori motifs, and text 'Te Hiku Okoro,' on a stand, with crackers and apples nearby.

Transmission of language, skills and knowledge

  • Laptop with a large decorative sticker on the palm rest, placed on a wooden desk.

    Innovation and entrepreneurship

    Skill and capacity-building for communities

Let’s create change together

Whether you’re a funder looking to support impactful community initiatives, an organisation seeking a trusted partner, or a leader with a vision for change, we are here to help.
