Mō Mātou | About Us
Kia momoho te iwi whānui, ā haere ake nei
Abundant, thriving communities - now and forever
Everyone deserves the opportunity to thrive. However creating collective abundance requires connection and collaboration across all sectors—community, public, and private corporations.
By empowering individuals and organisations to succeed in their own spaces, we lay the foundation for sustainable, long-lasting impact.
Our work is centred around our people and our relationships. We recognise that the journey toward abundance starts the moment we commit to it—with the potential to continue for generations to come.
Achieving our vision of 'Abundant, thriving communities - now and forever' begins by empowering people, one relationship at a time.

Our Core Values
Ngā Maurua o Takapaukura
In Te Whare Pora or the Traditional House of Weaving, the ‘maurua’ are the seams between two widths of the takapau (floor mat). The seams connect the widths together, and are key to building a robust and sturdy, yet fine and superior piece of tapestry, regardless of its final size.
Like the seams in this tapestry, our maurua (core values) keep us united in thought and in action to achieve our ambition of creating prosperous, thriving communities for our people. They ground us in the work that we do, no matter the size of the work.
Hononga Tāngata
Prioritising Interconnectedness
We weave strong, purpose-led relationships that unite people and systems to create lasting cultural, social, and strategic impact.
Tiaki Taonga
Safeguarding Sustainably
We honour our role as kaitiaki (custodians) by protecting and sustaining cultural, spiritual, and intellectual taonga (treasures) for current and future generations.
Māui-Auaha
Progressive Innovations
Guided by the wairua (spirit) of Māui, we blend mātauranga Māori (Māori ways of thinking, knowing and being) with modern thinking to shape bold, future-ready solutions.
Whanake te Kura
Empowering Communities
We uplift individuals and communities by enabling self-determined pathways to growth, excellence, and abundance.
Hiranga Tuawhiti
Practicing Precision
We deliver with care, clarity, and cultural integrity—pursuing excellence and quality in everything we do.
